ArmInfo.Brother of former MP of the Armenian parliament Melik Manukyan Robert Manukyan born in 1976 has been arrested for resisting a government official.  It  should be noted that Manukyan was driving a Range Rover car, on which  an attempt of explosion was made on the Yerevan-Sevan highway on  August 2. When clarifying the circumstances of the incident, Manukyan  suddenly interrupted the conversation with the police, got behind the  wheel of a car and, breaking through the cordon, drove away in an  unknown direction.
